Frank Bohls is the founder of CBG and has been the driving force behind the company’s vision and growth. With 44 years of experience in the construction industry, he has held various positions, including Vice President, Construction Manager, Project Manager, Entitlements, Pre-construction, and Scheduling, with some of Southern California’s leading investment and development companies. Frank has worked on a wide range of projects across the Western United States, with a particular focus on Multi-Family and Hospitality projects. His expertise and success in diverse ventures has made him a valued asset in the industry. Frank’s experience in Multi-Family, Commercial and Hospitality projects has led to his success in every venture he has undertaken.
Daniel Liutvonskas joined CBG nine years ago and was rapidly promoted to project manager. His attention to detail and follow through is what sets him apart from his peers. As project manager Daniel’s project resume includes the successful and timely completion of a 200 unit multi-family project in West Covina, the structural retrofit and interior renovation of a 7 story mid-rise multi-family project in Santa Monica, the intervention of a 285 unit multi-family project in Irvine and the early completion of a boutique multi-family podium project in Orange. Daniel is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
Marc Luedke is the Director of CBG in the Pacific Northwest market, Marc has broad ranging experience in the construction and development industry; his education as a structural engineer, experience as a general contractor and history working with integrated Owner/ Builder partnership groups all inform his consulting work.. he is driven to find creative solutions to issues, setting goals that bring synergy to the efforts of multi-disciplinary teams. He has worked on a diverse project types, including Commercial projects for Public Universities, Healthcare facilities, Hospitality and Multi-Family mixed use development. He loves the process of project development and thrives on solving the myriad of puzzles that real estate development presents.
